How the drill works

The drill is divided into two zones, each containing 4 attackers and 2 defenders. In Zone 1, attackers try to complete 10 consecutive passes under defensive pressure. Once successful, they must switch the ball to Zone 2, where the other group of 4 attackers continues the same task with their own 2 defenders pressing. If the defenders in either zone win possession, they immediately transition and attempt to score in one of two small goals placed on the outside of the zones. This creates a high-intensity environment for both maintaining possession and reacting to transitions.

kcp The drill sharpens passing accuracy, spacing, defensive anticipation, and fast recovery during turnovers.
