How the drill works

Set up a 30x20 meter pitch with four posts used as scoring targets—two at each end, placed wide apart like mini-goals or cone targets. Position one goalkeeper at each end, with each goalkeeper responsible for defending their two assigned posts. Organize the players into a 4v4 in the central area. The coach begins the game by passing the ball to one of the teams, who then attack against the opposing four players and their goalkeeper. The attacking team can score in either of the two posts defended by the opposing goalkeeper. Players have free touches and are allowed to dribble or pass freely to create scoring chances. This drill encourages movement, creativity, combination play, and requires the goalkeeper to be alert and cover both target posts efficiently.
