Starting with 4 v 2 in one side of the team.There are 2 mannequin called gates where one team can make a penetration pass and 2 defenders will block the gates. When the passes goes to the other side then the players any two will suddenly changed to defense and the same penetration will be done by other team .. Note: Defense must rotatein both the teams when penetration happens

This rondo is 10v2 intense drill. Attacker must pass in one touch they should not move outside the markers.If the defender gets the ball he goes out and attacker who loses will come inside.and next whoever then seniority will goes out. This drill has 2 teams of 5 attackers and 2 defenders Red players will start to pass in one or two touch depends upon the players age. After 5 consequtive passes the team will transfer the ball to another team.
